Under section 6(2) of the Aboriginal Communities Act 1979, the Governor in Executive Council, amends the proclamation made under section 6(1) of that Act and published in the Government Gazette on 16 February 1990 at p. 1011 declaring the community lands of Upurl-Upurlila Ngurratja Inc., as amended by proclamation published in the Government Gazette on 15 February 1991 at p. 683, by deleting the Schedule to that proclamation and substituting Schedule 1.
