Intends to sell the uncollected vessel 'Uforic' if redelivery directions are not given within one month.

To mr peter wilson ward, bailor. You were given notice on 1 july 2022 that the vessel, known as 'uforic,' (western australian registration of 67470 and a hull identification number of au-twa011965bel) of which you are the owner—is stored on a stand at the south of perth yacht club premises at 2 canning beach rd, applecross and were informed that it was available for redelivery. The value of this vessel is estimated to be $1,000. In the list of prescribed goods within the regulations accompanying the disposal of uncollected goods act 1970 (wa), vessels and vehicles are excluded. Therefore, the vessel is an unprescribed good worth less than $3,500. As such, part iii of the act is applicable. Unless not more than one month after the date of the giving of this notice you give directions for their redelivery, south of perth yacht club, bailee, intends to sell the vessel in accordance with part iii of the act.
