These regulations are the retail trading hours amendment regulations 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the retail trading hours regulations 1988. In regulation 8(1) delete “shall be made on form no. 5.” and insert: is to be made in a form approved by the chief executive officer. In the schedule delete form no. 5.
