Notice that pursuant to Part 3 Division 6 Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, all owners and or occupiers of land within the District of the City of Busselton, shall construct firebreaks and carry out fire prevention works in accordance with the provisions of this Notice. Includes details on building protection zones, trees, compliance periods, prohibited and restricted burning times, burning of garden refuse, camping and/or cooking fires, and requirements for particular categories of land.
