You were given notice on 10 April 2019 that the following goods being a 2007 Hummer Limousine bearing registration number “IMPACTH2” and Vehicle Identification Number 5GRGN23U57H107839 situated at Unit 30, 15 Montgomery Way, Malaga, Western Australia, were ready for redelivery. Unless not more than 1 month after the date of the giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery, Derek Downing and Berd Nominees Pty Ltd intends making an application to the Court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the Act.
