Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of shirley joan doyle, late of aegis parkview, [contact details redacted] 10 february 2017, are required by the executors, kevin john doyle and anthony patrick doyle, to send to anthony patrick doyle of [contact details redacted] 6006, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
