Made under the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 section 2(1)(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 commencement proclamation (No. 2) 2020. The Road Traffic Amendment (Impaired Driving and Penalties) Act 2020 sections 24 and 26 come into operation on 28 october 2020.
