The council of the Town of Victoria Park resolved on 20 July 2021 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Town of Victoria Park Amendment (Signs on Thoroughfares) Local Law 2021. This local law commences 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. The purpose of this local law is to amend the Town of Victoria Park Activities on Thoroughfares and Trading in Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2000 to more easily provide for the regulation of advertising display signage on thoroughfares.
