Proclamation under the Shipping and Pilotage Act 1967 section 10(2) by the Governor in Executive Council. Declares the place described in Schedule 1 to be a boat harbour, called the Spoilbank Marina, Port Hedland. The CEO is specified as the controlling authority of the Spoilbank Marina, Port Hedland.
