In the estate of darryl joseph tuppen late of 52 west kahala avenue, budgewoi, new south wales, teacher, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 23 december 2022 are required by the personal representative andrea leigh bradley of c/- greenstone legal, po box 744, west perth, western australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 25th day of august 2023 after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
