The council of the Shire of Halls Creek resolved on 15 February 2018 to make this local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Halls Creek Fencing Amendment Local Law 2018 and commences on the 14th day after publication in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Halls Creek Fencing Local Law 2017 is amended.
