Sibongile Ncube late of 15 Cowara Way, Byford in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (in respect of which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 May 2021, are required by the Executors being Lynda Kathrine Paulus of 6 Golf Place, Cooloongup in the State of Western Australia and Bridgette Emily Motherway of 56 Esperance Street, East Victoria Park in the State of Western Australia, to provide particulars of their claims to the care of Obvia Legal of PO Box 113, West Perth WA 6872 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which the Executors may proceed to convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
