On 22 February 2023 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection (Commissioner) served a notice on Australasian Securities Dealers Association (Inc.) informing it that if it did not show cause the incorporation of the Association would be cancelled. The Association did not show cause within the Allowed Period. Therefore, pursuant to section 147(1) of the Act, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the Association be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
