Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased who died on 26 august 2025 are required to send particulars of their claims to the executors, care of rsm (see address below) within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
