It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Yalgoo Local Planning Scheme amendment on 12 october 2018 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning and reclassifying the land identified as lot 65 (no. 42) gibbons street and lot 66 (no. 44) gibbons street, yalgoo wa 6635 from ‘public purposes’ to ‘residential (r10)’; and (b) modifying the scheme map accordingly.
