Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of lilian alberta ashton late of [contact details redacted] 30 september 2017 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of lilian alberta ashton deceased care of young & young [contact details redacted] bunbury by the 21 day of february 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
