Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 in respect of the estate of James Barney Depiazz, late of unit 34, 73-87 Leake Street, Bayswater in the state of Western Australia who was found on 30 December 2021 are required by the administrator Shirley Margaret Walsh to send particulars of their claims addressed to the administrator of the estate of the late James Barney Depiazz, 49 Santons Approach, Yalyalup, Busselton, WA 6280 within one month of the date of this publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims which the administrator then has notice.
