Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of William David Snaith, who died 29/04/2022, and Pauline Lilian Snaith, who died on 08/02/2017 are required by the trustee of the late William David Snaith and Pauline Lilian Snaith, c/- Mountains Lawyers, po box 5379, Rockingham Beach wa 6969 to send particulars of their claims to the trustee within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
