Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 september 2020, are required by the administrators michael daniel arthur van der waarden, marcel van der waarden and andrew van der waarden to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
