Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of irene mary mitchell late of 10 discovery way, murdoch in the said state who died on 08/09/2022, are required by the trustee, mark andrew mitchell, to send to solicitors for the trustee, templar legal pty ltd, p.o. box 8243, subiaco wa 6008, particulars of such claims within 30 days of this notice. After such date, the trustee may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
