Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, james desmond hoey, who died on the 4th day of november 2017, are required by the executors, cathleen margaret collins and kenneth david hoey, to send particulars of their claims to them care of ew gray lawyer, post office box 317, esperance wa 6450 on or before the expiration of one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
