Sets mooring registration and hiring fees for mooring control areas, effective from July 1, 2019.

Pursuant to regulation 7 of the Shipping and Pilotage (Mooring Control Areas) Regulations 1983, the controlling authority for the mooring control areas listed below, the Department of Transport, determines that the mooring registration fees and hiring fees shall be as follows. This determination is effective from 1 July 2019 and revokes the Determination of Fees signed on 14 May 2018, published 25 May 2018 and effective from 1 July 2018.
