Priscilla Mckenzie of 9b Yu Court, Broome, Western Australia, bailor, was given notice on 19 January 2018 that the following goods 1998 Holden Commodore situated at Bobs Workshop, 45A Blackman Street, Broome, Western Australia was ready for re-delivery. The goods are to the value of $3,5000.00 to which Part III of the Act applies. It is intended to sell or dispose of the good in accordance with the Act unless not more than 1 month from the date of giving of this notice you either take re-delivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery; or give notice in writing to Bobs Workshop, PO Box 8255, Broome WA 6725 (bailee) that you claim the goods exceed $3,500.00 in value.
