In the matter of the estate of Helen Russell Trowell, late of Berrington Care Group, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased who died on the 22nd day of January 2019, are required by the executors Margaret Lehane and John William Stevens to send the particulars of their claims to c/- John William Stevens, Post Office Box 634, Dunsborough WA 6281 within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
