In the matter of the estate of Philip Alexander Deschamp, late of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 July 2019, are required by the executor Mary Euphemia Clark Deschamp, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of [contact details redacted] State of Western Australia by 31 March 2020, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
