Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of frederick grenfell, late of valleyview residence, 3-[contact details redacted] 6 july 2018, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of frederick grenfell deceased care of young & young, [contact details redacted] 27 march 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
