Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 22 october 2022, are required by the executors che sutherland and heidi brammsen to send the particulars of their claims to heidi brammsen of 75 paget street, hilton 6163 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
