Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, Enid Joan Hanson, who died on 14 october 2017, are required by the executor Neal Trevor Hanson of 16 kookaburra crescent, high wycombe wa 6057 to send particulars of their claims to him on or before the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
