Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person who died on 14 august 2023 are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate being edwin michael waters, care of bechelet & co, 1/[contact details redacted] their claims to him within one month of publication of this advertisement, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
