Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 december 2018, and in respect of whose estate letters of administration was granted by the supreme court of western australia on 16 march 2020 are required by the trustee, venita mace starr care of williams & hughes, ground floor, 25 richardson street, west perth, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her by 10 august 2020. After that date, such assets of the estate of the late patrick john starr may be conveyed and distributed, having regard only to the claims of which at that time of conveyance or distribution the trustee has notice.
