Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 3 march 2022 are required by the personal representatives david william alder and kaila moira milne both of 129c waratah avenue, dalkeith, western australia 6009 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 8th day of august 2022 after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
