Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 november 2024, are required by the executor, louise tracey nava of 10 barton street, kogarah, new south wales 2217 to send particulars of their claims to her by the day of 30 may 2025 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
