Pursuant to section 171 of the Public Health Act 2016 (wa) (act) i, amber-jade sanderson, the minister for health, hereby declare that the public health state of emergency declaration which came into effect on 22 september 2021 at 16:25 hours is revoked. This declaration of revocation is made onβ 3 november 2022 at 16:12 in accordance with section 171(3) of the act, this declaration has effect from 00:01 hours on friday, 4 november 2022.
