Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 18 april 2025, are required by the personal representatives to send particulars of their claims to the care of danaher moulton lawyers, po box 3277, cotham lpo, kew, victoria 3101 within 4 weeks from the date of this advertisement after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which they then have then had notice.
