Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died 8 june 2023, are required by the executors, margaret bebbington and john torrance, to send particulars of their claims to them at rmb 313a, bridgetown, western australia 6255 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
