Made by the Minister under section 7A of the Act. This order is the National Gas Access (WA) Adoption of Amendments Order 2025. This order comes into operation as follows — clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; the rest of the order — on the day after that day. It is declared under section 7A(2) of the Act that each 2021 SA Schedule amendment is relevant to the WA text.
