Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming between 5:20 am and 9:30 am on Sunday 2 December 2018— Busselton Jetty, Geographe Bay. This area is set aside for the approved “IRONMAN WA & IRONMAN 70.3 WA” events.
