Pursuant to section 44a(2) of the professional standards act 1997 (wa), i, the hon john quigley mla, attorney general, hereby extend the period for which the institute of public accountants professional standards scheme is in force in western australia to 31 december 2021.

Requires creditors to submit claims against deceased estates to the Public Trustee by June 22, 2026.
Requires creditors to submit claims against the estate of James Wai Mun Yuen by June 24, 2026.
Requires creditors to submit claims against a deceased estate within one month of the notice publication.
