Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 february 2019, are required by the executors, andrew john linfoot and gregory todd chapell to send the particulars of their claim to linfoot commercial lawyers of po box 4068, woodlands, western australia 6018 by 30 june 2019, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice.
