Revokes all previous declarations of reservation of graticular blocks and declares that specified blocks shall not be subject to geothermal energy exploration permits, drilling reservations, retention leases, production licences, special prospecting authorities or access authorities. This declaration is effective from the date of publication and remains in force until 16 October 2027 unless varied or revoked earlier.
