Creditors, claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of Alison Kennedy late of 1 Gibney Street, Cottesloe who died on 12 November 2020, are required by the executor, Christopher John Kennedy, to send to solicitors for the trustees, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, P.O. Box 8243, Subiaco WA 6008, particulars of such claims by 23 May 2021. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
