Made by the Minister under Section 38 of the Act. I, Hon John Carey MLA, Minister for Housing and Works, order that— (a) the Transfer Time will be 12.01am on the Operational Start Date; (b) at the Transfer Time, each of the Assets specified in Column 1 of Table B of an Expiring Entity specified in Column 2 of Table B and all rights and liabilities of the Expiring Entity arising from or in connection with each such Asset is, by operation of sections 39 and 40 of the Act, transferred to Keystart...
