Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 13th may 2025 are required by the executor, julia ward, to send particulars to po box 1093 cowaramup wa 6284 within 31 days from date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
