Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of melva worthington mills, late of 8 walter way, hamersley wa 6022, who died on 12 october 2016, are required by the executor, noel kenneth mills, to send particulars of their claims to the executor at 12 griffell way, duncraig wa 6023 within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
