City of Rockingham Fencing Local Law 2020 made under the Local Government Act 1995 and the Dividing Fences Act 1961. The council resolved on 23 February 2021 to make the following local law. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The City of Rockingham Fencing Local Law 2000 published in the Government Gazette on 21 March 2001 is repealed. This local law applies throughout the district.
