Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 19 april 2020 are required by the personal representative, michael leslie hodgkins, of care of birman & ride of level 3, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claim to him by the date one month from the publication date after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
