Clear energy pty ltd (abn 93 129 057 030) notified the economic regulation authority of its intention to surrender its electricity retail licence erl14 on 17 january 2024. The licensee has complied with the conditions of the licence as to surrender. The surrender of the licence is effective from the date of publication of this notice.
