Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Freda Constance Collis of Aegis, The Pines, 167 Ponte Vecchio Boulevard, Ellenbrook WA, deceased 6 March 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to Derek Leslie Collis, executor, c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, morley wa 6943 by 21 august 2017, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
