It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme amendment on 2 August 2023 for the purpose of— a. replace the existing entry of ‘additional use no.73’ in schedule 2—additional uses with the following– no. description of additional use conditions land 73 lot 400 (no. “d” 107) on dp 24718 clayton street, bellevue - industry— light - industry— cottage - lunch bar - warehouse b. modify the scheme maps accordingly
