In the matter of the estate of Leslie Avon Tahapehi late of 26 Seaview Drive Karakin Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on the 16 June 2023, are required by the executor Anna Kingi of 18 Simcoe Way Caversham 6055 to send the particulars of their claims to po box 331 Lancelin wa 6044 by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
